From tracking rhinos on foot and cruising the mighty River Nile at Murchison Falls, to walking among chimpanzees in Kibale Forest and meeting mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, this itinerary offers a perfect balance of adventure, comfort and authenticity.
You will travel in a 4WD safari vehicle with a professional English-speaking guide, staying in carefully selected mid-range lodges located close to nature. You will be collected from the airport and transferred to your hotel.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide/driver. He will assist you with your luggage and give you a short safari briefing before transferring you to your booked hotel around Entebbe for relaxation and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for white rhino tracking.
After the rhino experience, you will drive to Masindi town for lunch. The journey continues to Wanseko Fishing Village on Lake Albert, one of the deepest Rift Valley lakes in East Africa.
Later, transfer to your hotel inside Murchison Falls National Park.

Early morning breakfast (or packed breakfast during the drive).
Enjoy a morning game drive where you may see elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, herds of buffaloes and more. Return to the lodge for lunch.
At 1:30 pm, depart for a 3-hour boat cruise along a 17 km stretch of the Nile to the base of Murchison Falls. Along the way you may see kingfishers, African fish eagles, bee-eaters, Nile crocodiles, hippos and elephants.
Return to the lodge for overnight stay.

You will leave Murchison Falls National Park early in the morning as the journey to Kibale is long. After breakfast, drive southwest through the Albertine region towards Kibale Forest.
